So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Genesis 1:27
Who.
We are a team of creatives who make art by listening to the stories of students within the Wheaton College Community as a way to reflect the beauty of God's image across campus through storytelling.
Our student-led team is comprised of an assortment of artists charged within their faith and artmaking to reflect on themes occurring within culture, then creatively responding to give a biblical artistic perspective, so that the invisible God is seen through the recognition of unique story within each student.
The vision behind our efforts is so that every student can feel seen and heard - and every student can see and hear others. We believe that when you see people differently, you see the heart of God differently.

The shortest distance between two people is a story. Our hope is that our work can connect students together and celebrate the beauty of the gospel and advance unity within the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
Why.
How.
Through Studio 1:27 and Peaq in Lower Beamer, event planning, social media, and more, we collect stories and share art. The projects we work differ from year to year, ranging from art galleries to campus albums.
Artists on STP work in a variety of creative mediums such as painting, drawing, songwriting, music production, videography, photography, poetry, spoken word, and more.
